In case of mandate, Net Worth Domains B.V. mediate sales on your behalf.
Agreements on minimum price, compensation and conditions are recorded in writing.

Yes. The value of a domain name can rise or fall and depends on demand, market developments and other external factors.
There is no guarantee of increase in value or sales.
Yes. The domain name market is speculative. Possible risks include:
- No sale within desired period
- Depreciation
- Limited liquidity
- Legal disputes over trademark or name rights
- You are solely responsible for your purchasing decision.
- Payment must be made as contractually agreed.
- Domain names will only be transferred after full payment has been received.
Within the contractually agreed period, usually within five working days after payment.
Yes. After transfer, you are the rights holder and responsible for management and renewal.
A domain name is registered for a certain period (for example one or more years). After this registration period has expired, the domain name must be renewed in a timely manner.
If a domain name is not renewed in time, the right to use it may lapse and the domain name may again become available for registration by third parties. In that case, the right to the domain name may be permanently lost and there is no right to a refund of the purchase price.
After transfer, you are responsible for renewing your domain names in a timely manner, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with the law. Business buyers have no right of withdrawal.
Each seller only transfers the domain names for which he is the entitled party. If part cannot be delivered, the agreements in the agreement apply.
No. Transactions in domain names are not subject to supervision by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
